In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Birch Hill Investments Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington and carrying on business as an investment company, notice is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 16th day of December 1963, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-mentioned company from £472,000 to £400 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 23rd day of December 1963. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of Birch Hill Investments Ltd. henceforth is £400 divided into 400 fully paid ordinary shares of £1 each having been reduced from £472,000 divided into 472,000 fully paid ordinary shares of £1 each."

The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The amount of share capital of Metropolitan Milk (Christchurch) Ltd., as altered by the order of the Supreme Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the company and by special resolution cancelling certain unissued share capital, is £9,000 divided into 470 unissued ordinary shares of £1 each and 8,530 issued ordinary shares of £1 each, and at the date of registration of this minute the amount of £1 is paid up on the aforesaid 8,530 issued ordinary shares."
