At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 9th day of December 1963

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Matamata County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1 rood 28'8 perches situated in Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, adjoining part Lot 1, D.P. 37312, and Whaiti Kuranui 2E 2 West 2D 3 Block, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18035 (S.O. 42239) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block III, Hukerenui Survey District, to be a County Road

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Block III, Hukerenui Survey District, Whangarei County, Auckland R.D., commencing at the southernmost corner of Section 28, Block III, of the aforesaid Survey District, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 1 chain and terminating at the western boundary of Section 28.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18030 (S.O. 44219) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

Authorising the Hawke's Bay Education Board to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the County of Matakaoa

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Hawke's Bay Education Board (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
2. This licence is issued under the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and is subject thereto, and to the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and to all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
3. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and shall be an alternating-current system.
DURATION OF LICENCE
4. Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1984.
SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described, commencing from a generator situated in Section 2 and proceeding in a southerly direction to a house situated in the said Section 2, thence in a southwesterly direction across a public road to a school situated in Section 1, and thence in a north-westerly direction to a bach situated in Section 1 aforesaid.
All being situated in Block XVI, East Cape Survey District, in the County of Matakaoa, the said lines and buildings being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 526 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Canterbury Sheltered Workshop Association (Incorporated) Order 1963.
- Exemption is hereby granted to the Canterbury Sheltered Workshop Association (Incorporated), an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, in respect of the sheltered workshop at 258 Antigua Street, Christchurch, controlled by the said organisation, from:
(a) All the provisions of every award and industrial agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect of persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946 and all the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wage Act 1945.

PURSUANT to the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Intellectually Handicapped Children's Society (Incorporated), Wellington Branch Order 1963.
- Exemption is hereby granted to the Intellectually Handicapped Children's Society (Incorporated), Wellington Branch, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, in respect of the sheltered workshop at Kristina Home, Silverstream, from:
(a) All the provisions of every award and industrial agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect of persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946 and all the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wage Act 1945.
