Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block IX, Te Aroha Survey District, Ohinemuri County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court, by an order dated the 12th day of September 1918 and varied by an order of the Maori Land Court, the 10th day of December 1959, to be road.

Declaring Lands in Nelson Land District Vested in the Nelson Education Board as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Nelson Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Sections 17, 18, 19, and 20, Town of Stockton: Area, 3 roods 32·8 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 5345).

Declaring Land in Southland Land District Vested in the Southland Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

All those pieces of land situated in Block XXI, Chatton Survey District, Southland Registration District, described as follows:

Sections 17, 24, and part Section 18, 5 acres 1 rood 17·7 perches; coloured blue on plan.

Part Section 18, 13·1 perches; coloured orange on plan.

Part Section 18, 22·6 perches; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1043P deposited in the Head Office of the Lands and Survey Department at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned (S.O. Plan 7115).

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the River Boards Act 1908 and the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Waioeka River District, situated in the Poverty Bay Catchment District, is hereby abolished.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of December 1963.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 9th day of December 1963

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Matamata County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

All that piece of road containing 2 acres 1 rood 25·9 perches situated in Block XI, Patetere North Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 19039, Lot 1, D.P. S. 4061, and Lot 1, D.P. S. 832; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18036 (S.O. 42038) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
