The Abilities (North Shore) Incorporated Order 1963

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 9th day of December 1963
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Abilities (North Shore) Incorporated Order 1963.
- Exemption is hereby granted to Abilities (North Shore) Incorporated, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, in respect of the sheltered workshop controlled by that organisation at Barry's Point Road, Takapuna, from:
(a) All the provisions of every award and industrial agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect of persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) All the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wage Act 1945.

PURSUANT to the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Disabled Citizens' Society (Incorporated) Order 1963.
- Exemption is hereby granted to the Disabled Citizens' Society (Incorporated), an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, in respect of the sheltered workshop at Dominion Road, Auckland, controlled by the said organisation, from:
(a) All the provisions of every award and industrial agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect of persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946 and all the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wage Act 1945.

Boundaries of County of Hawke's Bay and Borough of Havelock North Altered

Present:
THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- On and from the 1st day of April 1964 the area described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the Borough of Havelock North and included in the County of Hawke's Bay.
- On and from the date aforesaid the area described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Hawke's Bay and included in the Borough of Havelock North.
- The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and the said borough hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
FIRST SCHEDULE
AREA EXCLUDED FROM BOROUGH OF HAVELOCK NORTH AND INCLUDED IN COUNTY OF HAWKE'S BAY
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Borough of Havelock North, containing 17·6 perches, more or less, being Lots 5 and 6, D.P. 10283, being part Block 9, Te Mata Crown Grant District.
SECOND SCHEDULE
AREA EXCLUDED FROM COUNTY OF HAWKE'S BAY AND INCLUDED IN BOROUGH OF HAVELOCK NORTH
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Hawke's Bay County, Havelock Riding, containing 19·8 perches, more or less, being that north-eastern part of Lot 2, containing 4·0 perches, more or less, and that north-eastern part of Lot 3, containing 15·8 perches, both D.P. 10283, being part Block 9, Te Mata Crown Grant District, situated in Block IV, Te Mata Survey District.

THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- On and from the 1st day of April 1964 the area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Raglan and included in the Borough of Huntly.
- The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and the said borough hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District containing 5 acres and 3·8 perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 21449, and proceeding north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of part Allotment 43, Pepepe Parish, to the westernmost corner of Lot 11, D.P. S. 2830; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Lots 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 1, D.P. S. 2830, aforesaid, to the north-western side of Waahi Road; thence south-westerly along the north-western side of that road to the north-eastern corner of Lot 3, D.P. 21449; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of that Lot 3 to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- On and from the 1st day of April 1964 the area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Patea and included in the Town District of Waverley.
- The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and the said town district hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Patea County, containing 14 acres 3 roods 28 perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of part Section 328, Okotuku District, in Block VII, Wairoa Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the Waverley Town District as described in Gazette, 1877, page 830, and proceed-
