All that piece of land containing 22·7 perches situated in Block VI, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part land on D.P. 1669, being part Allotment 23, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160363 (S.O. 40441) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
