CORRIGENDUM
In a Declaration dated the 11th day of September 1963 and
published in Gazette, 19 September 1963, No. 56, at page
1458, declaring land taken for Maori housing purposes in
the Borough of Taupo, in the Schedule thereto for "D.P.
30142", read "D.P. 30412".
Dated at Wellington this 13th day of December 1963.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road, Land Reserved for a
Railway in Block VI, Hinds Survey District
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication
hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that the said road
shall be under the control of the Ashburton County Council
and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner
as other public highways are controlled and maintained by
the said Council.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land:
A. R. P. Being
1 0 12 Portion of railway reserve No. 2847.
Situated in Block VI, Hinds Survey District, Ashburton
County (S.O. 10175).
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L.O. 19227 deposited in the office of the Minister
of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 11th day of December 1963.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 23rd day of December 1963.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block X, Kaipara Survey
District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 2 8·3 Parts land on D.P. 13273, being parts of Allotment
1 1 1·5 20, Parish of Ararimu; coloured blue on
0 0 0·3 plan.
0 0 38·8 Part land on D.P. 10609, being part of Allotments
20 and 21, Parish of Ararimu; coloured yellow
on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18054 (S.O. 43101) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of December 1963.

land, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 8903 (S.O. 41076) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works, at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
