PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and con-
sent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land
described in the Schedule hereto being taken for a service
lane.

At the Government House at Wellington this 4th day

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the piece of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in
Council, become Government road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 0·5 of a perch situated in
Block VII, Omapere Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
adjoining or passing through the land on D.P. 25597, being
part Te Komiti Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5334 (S.O. 43281)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured green.
