WAIMEKE ROAD BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiheke Road Board proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of recreation grounds; and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Board situated in Belgium Street, Ostend, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must set out their objections in writing and send same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Clerk at this office aforesaid.

RAGLAN COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portion of land described in the Schedule hereto.
A plan of the portion of land proposed to be taken is open for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council, Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, during the 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Council on or before the 15th day of January 1964.

BOROUGH OF ASHBURTON

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of Variation to District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to resolutions of the Ashburton Borough Council made on 2 December 1963, the following variations have been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953:
The variations relate to:
(a) Proposed extension to the existing Industrial A Zone, to include Town Section 84 and part Town Section 83, Nos. 106-110 Moore Street, at present zoned as Residential A.
(b) Exclusion of part of Lot 1, D.P. 10950, No. 27 Walshs Road, being that portion at present proposed as entrance from Walshs Road to the area zoned as proposed reserve and designated on the scheme plan as "specialised sports area", and rezoning, after boundary alterations to conform with subdivisional standards, the said area as Residential A. Recreation Reserve R4366; No. 44, Creek Road, at present zoned as Residential A is accordingly to be rezoned as reserve to provide entrance to the aforesaid proposed "specialised sports area".
Part plans of the Ashburton Borough District Scheme embodying the proposed amendments have been deposited in the Municipal Chambers, Havelock Street, Ashburton, and the Public Library, Havelock Street, Ashburton, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and are there for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the variations or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 24 January 1964. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

CITY OF AUCKLAND

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Change of City of Auckland District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on 9 December 1963, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.
The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited in the Town Hall (Town Planning Division), the Central Library, and each of the branch libraries, namely, Avondale, Epsom, Grafton, Grey Lynn, Parnell, Point Chevalier, Remuera, Glen Innes, Tamaki, and Leys Institute, for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 or to the like effect marked "Objection to Scheme Change" and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 14 February 1964. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the Town Hall or from the libraries.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a period which public notice will be given.
