UPPER HUTT BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

District Scheme Changes Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given of the subject matter of an application consented to by the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board as stated hereunder:

Under Section 35 of the above-mentioned Act:

Applicant: A. A. B. and C. M. Webby.

Terms of Consent: Specified departure permitting the applicants to use all that land described as Lot 16 on Deposited Plan 1690 and situated at 36 Camp Street, Trentham, in the Borough of Upper Hutt, as residential, notwithstanding that the land is at present zoned for commercial use.

Effective Date: 29 November 1963.

The consent of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board is contained in appeal No. 194/63.

THE PERPETUAL TRUSTEES ESTATE AND AGENCY CO. OF NEW ZEALAND LTD.

I, Frank Paul Evans, General Manager of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd., do solemnly and sincerely declare:

  1. That the liability of the members is limited.
  2. That the capital of the company is £106,250 divided into 25,000 shares of £4 5s.
  3. That the number of shares issued is 25,000.
  4. That calls to the amount of £2 (two pounds) per share have been made under which the sum of £50,000 has been received.
  5. That the amount of moneys received on account of estates under administration during the six months ended 30 September 1963 is £2,387,723 19s. 3d.
  6. That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates under administration during the six months ended 30 September 1963 is £2,056,938.
  7. That the amount of the balance held to the credit of estates under administration during the six months ended 30 September 1963 is £184,912 10s. 9d.
  8. That the liabilities of the company on the 1st day of October last owing to sundry persons by the company were: On judgment, nil; on specialty, nil; on notes or bills, nil; on simple contracts, £827,467; on estimated liabilities, nil; on mortgage, £18,000.
  9. That the assets of the company on that date were: Government securities, £10,000; other securities, £456,700; bills of exchange and promissory notes, nil; cash on deposit and at bank, £462,549.

And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
