Land Taken for a County Depot Site in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a county depot site and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of November 1963.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods situated in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part of Allotment 237, Parish of Paremoremo; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8817 (S.O. 43967) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of November 1963.

Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Grafton Gully-Beach Road Motorway in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a motorway desired to be constructed in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, and Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, viz, a portion of the Grafton Gully-Beach Road Motorway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan M.O.W. 8850 referred to in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at a point on the north-western side of Grafton Road which point bears 201° 42′ 30″ for a distance of 200 links approximately to the north-eastern corner of part of Allotment 18A, Section 3, Suburbs of Auckland (C.T. 756/89), proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 40¼ chains passing in, into, through, or over the following roads, streets, avenues, ways, lands, etc. viz:
