Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 302 acres, more or less, described as Section 431, Block IX, Forest Hill Hundred, and being the land in certificate of title, Volume 87, folio 253.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of November 1963.

Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Porirua

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of November 1963.

All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Porirua, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 31·5 Part Section 61, Porirua District; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8054 (S.O. 25477) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Putaruru - Upper Atiamuri railway.

ALL that piece of land containing 13·3 perches situated in Block XVI, Patetere South Survey District, being road adjoining railway land, and Section 6, Block XVI, Patetere South Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151943 (S.O. 37362) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Quarry for River Control Purposes in Block II, Hillend Survey District, Bruce County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of the land held by Stanley Robert Smith from Her Majesty the Queen under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 123, folio 108, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for a quarry for river control purposes and shall vest in the Otago Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of November 1963.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 5 acres 2 roods 5 perches situated in Block II, Hillend Survey District, being part Section 29A, Barnego Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18010 (S.O. 13425) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon shown edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of November 1963.
