Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road
All that piece of land containing 3 roods 2·5 perches situated in Block II, Tauhara Survey District, Taupo County, being part Tauhara Middle No. 1 Block.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Street
All those pieces of land situated in Block II, Tauhara Survey District, Taupo Borough, described as follows:
