NOTICE is hereby given that the parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same before the expiration of one calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Application 8230: Clifford Collins Edmonds and Catherine Leslie Edmonds, applicants. Parts of Allotment 2, Parish of Mangonui East, containing altogether 24 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, being parts of a subdivision thereof laid out by John Payne Lloyd and shown on a plan lodged in the Deeds Registry Office at Auckland under No. C 3 and being:

Firstly, part Lot 3 and Lots 4 to 22, of those lots containing 1 rood 4 perches each;

Secondly, Lots 25 to 29 of those lots containing 1 rood and 16 perches each;

Thirdly, Lots 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 of those lots containing 1 rood and 30 perches each;

The above-described land includes land contained in the following certificates of title (limited as to parcels and title):

and is included on a plan lodged for deposit in the Land and Deeds Registry at Auckland under No. 48582 occupied by the applicants.
