EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 727, folio 121, containing 1 rood 1·5 perches, more or less, being Lot 371 on Deposited Plan 16816 and being part of the Te Whakarite Block, in the name of Ernest Frederick Watkins, of Auckland, sales manager (now deceased), having been lodged with me together with an application (K. 117633) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
