NOTICE is hereby given that the Southland County Council
proposes, in pursuance of the Public Works Act 1928, to
take the land in the Schedule hereto for roading purposes;
and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said
land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office
of the Southland County Council, Invercargill, and is open
for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary
office hours.

All persons affected by the taking of the said land who
have any objections thereto must state their objections in
writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first

proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act

milk supply purposes as provided in section 59 of the Milk
Act 1944; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of
the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public
office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situated in
Bank Street, Whangarei, and is open for public inspection

Amendment Act 1924, the Public Works Act 1928, the
Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and their respective
Amendments.

proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and
all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that
behalf to execute a certain public work, namely, for a street
at Sutherland Road in the City of Wellington and for the
purpose of such public work the land described in the
