A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as
closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres 2 roods 12·9
perches situated in Block VI, Toka Toka Survey District,
Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 73, 96,
97, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 101, 102, and 119, Town of
Toka Toka; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked M.O.W. 8716 (S.O. 43781) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out
by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 6th day of
July 1962 to be road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 1 rood 37 perches
situated in Block V, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, being
part Lot 4, D.P. 14373, being part Allotment 159, Matata
