Land Proclaimed as Road in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil above a plane 50ft below and approximately parallel to the surface of the said land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, described as follows:

1 0 25·9 Lots 30 and 31, D.P. S. 7611, being part Allotment 42, Parish of Pepepe; Part certificate of title, Volume 597, folio 213 (limited as to parcels and title), and Volume 597, folio 217 (mines and minerals) (limited as to parcels), South Auckland Land Registry.
0 1 2·3 Lot 33, D.P. S. 7611, being that part of Allotment 41, Parish of Pepepe called Parish of Pepepe Lot 41C. Part certificate of title, Volume 493, folio 53, and Volume 1042, folio 184 (mines and minerals), South Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of October 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

0 0 12·8} Parts Rural Section 37994; coloured sepia on
0 0 12·3} plan.
1 3 17·8 Part Lot 1, D.P. 10480, being part Reserve 947 and part Rural Section 4867; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8360 (S.O. 9861) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of October 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to Section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
