HOBSON COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hobson County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road within the County of Hobson, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk to the said Council at Dargaville, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by and who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or the taking of such lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the 17th day of October 1963, being the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, at the County Office, Dargaville.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the S.O. Plan 41191, deposited in the office of the Lands and Survey Department, Auckland.

PETONE BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Petone Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts and all other authorities it is thereunto enabling, to execute a certain public work, namely, housing, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Jackson Street. This notice will be first published on Thursday, 24 October 1963.

SCHEDULE

THOSE pieces of land situate in the Borough of Petone containing:

(1) One rood five point nine perches (1 r. 5·9 p.), more or less, being part Section 5, Hutt District, part Lot 11, Deeds Plan 109, all certificate of title 345/158, Wellington Registry.

(2) Two roods two point six perches (2 r. 2·6 p.), more or less, being part Section 5, Hutt District, part Lot 11, Deeds Plan 109, all certificate of title 345/157, Wellington Registry.

MANUKAU COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Manukau County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the widening of East Tamaki Road, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Manukau County Council, 1 Princess Street, Auckland, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during all reasonable hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk of the Manukau County Council at the offices of the said Council aforesaid.

THAT piece of land situated in the County of Manukau containing three decimal seven perches (3·7 p.), more or less, being part Lot 3, Deposited Plan 41726, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 1118, folio 248 (North Auckland Registry); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered 43979 and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured blue.
