Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Appointment to Control and Manage the Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a hall site to a reserve for education (pre-school) purposes and, further appoints the Auckland Play Centres Association to control and manage the reserve, in trust, subject to the provisions of the said Act, for that purpose.
