Declaring Lands in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as Sites for Public Schools, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the South Auckland Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

BLOCK 8 of Section 17, Block IX, Aroha Survey District: Area, 1 acre 3 roods 32 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 32, folio 68.
