PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 39·3 perches situated in Block IX, Opunake Survey District, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 32, D.P. 7479, being part Section 10, Opunake Town Belt. Part Proclamation No. 1798, Taranaki Land Registry.
