A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in a like manner as other public highways are controlled by the said Board.
