Crown Land or State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Proclamation dated the 24th day of June 1963 and published in the Gazette on the 4th day of July 1963 at page 905 declaring certain State housing land within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955 to be set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935 be amended by substituting for the description of land in the First Schedule hereto the description of land in a Second Schedule hereto.

Land Taken for the Purposes of Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945 in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945 and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1963.
