A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaim as closed the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 16th day of October 1963

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Masterton Borough Council on the 19th day of September 1963 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Masterton Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Masterton, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the south-eastern side of the portion of Cricket Street adjoining that parcel of land situate in the Borough of Masterton containing one rood twenty-three and fifty-seven one hundredths perches (1 r. 23·57 p.), more or less, being part of Sections 77 and 79, Town of Masterton, and being also Lots 13, 15, 17, and 19 on Deeds Plan No. 42, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 344, folio 167, Wellington Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Borough of Masterton, fronting Lots 13, 15, 17, and 19, Deeds Plan 42, being part Sections 77 and 79, Town of Masterton; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8685 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
