Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks IX and XIII, Clutha Survey District
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Otago Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of October 1963.

All those pieces of land situated in Clutha Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

1 1 29.4 Part Lot 1, D.P. 4761, being part Sections 9, 10, and 11, Block XIII; coloured orange on plan.
1 0 1.2 Part Lot 3, D.P. 4761, being part Sections 6, 7, 8, and 115R, Block IX; coloured orange on plan.
1 0 22.1 Part Lot 4, D.P. 4761, being part Sections 5 and 6, Block IX; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8707 (S.O. 13378) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1963.

All that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 15.41 perches, situated in the Borough of Tawa, Wellington R.D., being Lot 28, D.P. 22862, part Section 47, Porirua District. Part certificate of title, Volume 833, folio 78, Wellington Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All that piece of land containing 10.8 perches, situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 58, Parish of Manurewa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8646 (S.O. 44069) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
