A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of October 1963.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and I also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and vested in James Hanley Thomas, farmer, one half share, Rene Margaret Thomas, his wife, one eighth share, Ian Stanley Thomas, farmer, one eighth share, Peter Neil Thomas, farmer, one eighth share, all of Morrinsville, and Garry Charles Thomas, of Tauranga, one eighth share, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 204926 and S. 176234, South Auckland Land Registry.
