Declaring Land to be Crown Land
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto to be Crown Land and to be subject
to the Land Act 1948.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of
Portion of the North Auckland Railway (Kioreroa
Deviation)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 18th day
of November 1958 and published in the Gazette of that year
at page 1719, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Auckland as No. 16552, in so far as it affects parts Lot 12,
D.P. 13347 (C.T. 418/91).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 26th day of September 1963.

Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Auckland-
Hamilton Motorway in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1947, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the middle line of a motorway desired to be
constructed in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, viz, a
portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, shall be that
defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land
situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan
marked M.O.W. 8508 referred to in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at a point situated on the southern side of
Newton Road which point bears 118Β° for a distance of 180
links approximately from Survey Standard No. 398 proceeding
thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of
approximately 38 chains, passing in, into, through, or over
the following roads, streets, avenues, ways, lands, etc., viz:
Newton Road; Lot 28, Deeds Plan 436 (C.T. 517/188); all
land on D.P. 22819 (C.T. 624/176); Randolph Street; Lot 7,
Deeds Plan 422 (C.T. 518/5); Lot 6, Deeds Plan 422 (C.T.
518/7); Lot 9, Deeds Plan 422 (C.T. 518/3); Lot 2, Deeds

18958 (C.T. 428/235); and terminating at a point on the
north-western side of Symonds Street which point bears 24Β°
for a distance of 350 links approximately from Survey Stand-
ard No. 751, including all adjoining and intervening places,
lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and water-
courses, as the same is delineated on the plan marked M.O.W.
8508 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of
the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken together with and
subject to the party wall rights created in and by Deed No.
221252 (R. 207/237), Auckland Deeds Registry, for the
Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.
