Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawera County Council situated in Princes Street, Hawera, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Princes Street, Hawera.

The above special order will be confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Hawera, on 14 November 1963, at 10 a.m.

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto, to take for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road the portion of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to stop the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto.

A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken and of the portions of road proposed to be stopped is open for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council, Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Council on or before the 25th day of October 1963.
