NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of creditors of Ray Groube Ltd., to be held at the Morrinsville Veterinary Club Board Room on Wednesday, 2 October 1963, at 1 p.m.

Advertisement of Petition
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 9th day of September 1963, presented to the said Court by Bond and Bond Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business at Auckland and elsewhere as wholesale suppliers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 27th day of September 1963, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

The notice must state the name, address, and description of the person, or, if a firm, the name, address, and description of the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the Supreme Court at Auckland, and must be signed by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's address for service not later than 4 p.m. on the 26th day of September 1963.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
The partnership of picture framers at Napier between Gerard Engelbert Blom and Nicolaas Josephus Coster was dissolved by mutual consent on 28 June 1963.
WAIMEA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waimea County Council resolves as follows:
"1. That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of five thousand seven hundred pounds (£5,700) and authorised to be raised by the Waimea County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Bridge Loan 1947, £30,000, which mature on 13 July and 1 August 1963, the Waimea County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one eighty-second of one penny (1/82d.) in the pound upon the capital value of all rateable property in Waimea County and that such special rates shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April on each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Waimea County Council held on the 12th day of July 1963.

GREEN ISLAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Green Island Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £19,900 authorised to be raised by the Green Island Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the provision of elderly persons' cottages, the Green Island Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of one penny and one farthing (1¼d.) in the pound (£) of the annual rateable value of the whole of the Borough of Green Island; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years or until the loan is fully paid off."
MOUNT ROSKILL BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Waterworks Renewal Loan 1963, £35,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of £35,000, authorised to be raised by the Mount Roskill Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for repayment of £35,000 borrowed for waterworks purposes due and payable on the 6th day of February 1964, the said Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal one six eight seven pence (.1687d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Mount Roskill; and that the said special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and to be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being for a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

MOUNT ROSKILL BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Waterworks Additional Renewal Loan 1963, £6,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of £6,000, authorised to be raised by the Mount Roskill Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for repayment of £6,000 borrowed for waterworks purposes due and payable on the 11th day of January 1964, the said Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought one six eight pence (.0168d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Mount Roskill; and that the said special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and to be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being for a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Roads and Streets Amalgamated Renewal Loan 1963, £57,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of £57,500, authorised to be raised by the Mount Roskill Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for repayment of £57,500 borrowed for road reconstruction purposes due and payable on the 15th day of December 1963, the said Mount Roskill Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal one seven two eight pence (.1728d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Mount Roskill; and that the said special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and to be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being for a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
