PURSUANT to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice
is hereby given that, on the 2nd day of September 1963, the
following special resolution was duly passed at an extra-
ordinary general meeting of the company:

"1. (a) That the company, having pursued its investigations
to the stage that it is of the opinion that it is not in the
interest of shareholders to proceed further, be wound up
voluntarily.
"(b) That William Robert Sellar of Dunedin, public account-
ant, be appointed liquidator of the company."

Notice Calling Final Meeting

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of the Tariki Dairy Co. Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the
Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held at the office of Messenger and
Kohn, Matai Street, Inglewood, on Tuesday, the 8th day of
October 1963, at 8 p.m. for the purpose of having account
laid before it showing how the winding up has been disposed
of and to receive any explanation thereof of the liquidator.

Further Business:

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following
resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

"That the books and papers of the company and of the
liquidator shall be retained in the offices of Messrs Messen-
ger and Kohn, Accountants, Matai Street, Inglewood, for a
period of five years from the date of this meeting and
thereafter be destroyed."

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting
is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of
him.
