Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

ALL those areas of Crown Land containing 911 acres, more
or less, situated in Arnaud Survey District, Murchison County,
comprised as follows: 65 acres in Block IV, shown coloured
blue on plan; 8 acres in Block IV, shown coloured red
on plan; 8 acres in Block III, shown coloured purple
on plan; 830 acres in Blocks III and VII, shown coloured
green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan

At the Government House at Wellington this 18th day of
September 1963
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves
of the resolution passed by the Newmarket Borough Council
on the 9th day of July 1963, and set out in the First
Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion
of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE Newmarket Borough Council being the local authority
having control of the streets in the Borough of Newmarket,
by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of
the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to that portion
of Short Street fronting Lot 15 of Section 1 of subdivision of
Allotments 39 and 40; and Lots 16 and 17, D.P. 5150 and
part Lot 1, D.P. 23481, being part Allotment 40, Section 3,
Suburbs of Auckland, comprised in certificates of title, Volume
7, folio 35 and Volume 732, folio 7, North Auckland Land
Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE southern side of all that portion of Short Street in the
Borough of Newmarket, fronting Lot 15 of Section 1 of a
