ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in Block III, Leeston Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 5717; as the same is more particu larly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6347 (S.O. 9926) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
