Pursuant to section 11 of the Tourist Hotel Corporation
Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 4th day of
September 1957, and published in Gazette, 12 September
1957, Volume III, page 1641, declaring lands to be administered by the Tourist Hotel Corporation, in so far as it affects
the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the GovernorGeneral, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Oamaru Aerodrome
Establishment Order 1963. - Consent is hereby given to the establishment and main tenance of an aerodrome by the Oamaru Borough Council
and the Waitaki County Council on the land described in
the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that land containing 633 acres 2 roods 26 perches,
more or less, situated in the Otago Land District, being Lots
44 and 45 and part Lots 46, 74A, 82A, and 13, Block VIII,

Pursuant to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Mimihau Rabbit
District Order 1963.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the
date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The boundaries of the Mimihau Rabbit District, which
was constituted by Order in Council on the 26th day of
July 1961,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from
the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said
district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE MIMIHAU RABBIT DISTRICT
All that area in the Southland Land District, Southland and
Clutha Counties, containing by estimation 120,850 acres, more
or less, and bounded by a line commencing at a point on the
north-western side of the Mataura-Clinton Road in line with
the eastern side of Boundary Road, Block XVII, Town of
Mataura Bridge; and proceeding in an easterly direction
generally along that side of the Mataura-Clinton Road to a
point in line with the eastern side of a public road forming
the western boundary of Section 2, Waiarikiki Settlement,
Block VIII, Waikaka Survey District; thence southerly to and
along the eastern side of the said public road to the right bank
of the Waiarikiki Stream; thence in a south-easterly direction
generally along the right bank of the Waiarikiki Stream to
the western boundary of Section 16A, Block VIII, Tuturau
Survey District; thence in a southerly direction along the
western boundaries of Section 16A, 17, Block VIII, and
Section 22, Block IX, Tuturau Survey District, to a point in
line with the northern boundary of Section 7, Block III,
Slopedown Survey District; thence easterly along a right line
to the north-western corner of the said Section 7; thence
southerly along the western boundary of Slopedown Survey
District to the right bank of the Mimihau Stream (North
Branch), thence north-easterly generally along the right bank
of the Mimihau Stream (North Branch) to the eastern boundary of Block IV, Slopedown Survey District; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Blocks IV and IX Slopedown Survey District, to the northern boundary of Mokoreta
