Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, Matakaoa County to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.

SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 28·7 perches situated in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, Matakaoa County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Kohukohupaua No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8454 (S.O. 5300) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of September 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of Government road situated in Block III, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
1 0 14·9 Part Allotments 313 and 314, Parish of Waiwera; coloured green on plans M.O.W. 8367 (S.O. 42317) and M.O.W. 8368 (S.O. 42319).
2 0 24·9 Part land below mean high-water mark (Puhoi River) and parts Sections 3, 4, and 5; coloured green on plan M.O.W. 8368. (S.O. 42319.)
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Declaring Lands in Wellington and Canterbury Land Districts Vested in the Wellington and Canterbury Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 1, Block VII, Makuri Survey District. Area: 15 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 121, folio 229. (S.O. Plan 13441.)
