Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road

proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the portion of street described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby closed and added to the adjoining land held
for a Timaru Harbour Board Endowment defined in the
Timaru Harbour Board Act 1876 Amendment Act 1881.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of street containing 5·6 perches situated in
the City of Timaru, and adjoining Timaru Harbour Board
Endowment land; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 8390 (S.O. 10111) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and there-
on coloured green.
