Authorising Walter Ross, of Paparangi, Farmer to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the County of Waitotara

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 28th day of August 1963
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Walter Ross, of Paparangi, farmer (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.

CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
- This licence is issued under the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and is subject thereto, and to the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and to all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
- The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and shall be an alternating-current system.
DURATION OF LICENCE
- Unless sooner lawfully determined this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1984, or until electrical energy is available from an electric power board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.

SCHEDULE
Lines for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the licensee’s generator situated on Lot 3, D.P. 4790, being part Rangititau Block IV, and proceeding in a southerly direction across the Rangititau East Road to a pole, thence in a south-easterly direction to a farmhouse and hut situated on Lot 4, D.P. 4789, part Rangititau Block III.
All being situated in Nukumaru Survey District, in the County of Waitotara, the said lines and buildings being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 615, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

The Whangarei Airport Establishment Order 1963

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

O R D E R

This order may be cited as the Whangarei Airport Establishment Order 1963.
-
Consent is hereby given to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Whangarei Borough Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto.
-
The Order in Council consenting to the establishment and maintenance for an aerodrome by the Whangarei Borough Council, published in the Gazette, of 19 November 1936, at page 2253, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
ALL that land containing 126 acres, more or less, situated in the North Auckland Land District, being Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, and the Town of Grahamtown.

Directing the Revision of District Valuation Rolls

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the District Valuation Rolls for the districts enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at 1 September 1963.

Boroughs: Greytown, Hampden, Naseby, Palmerston, Patea, Waikouaiti.
City: Auckland.
Counties: Cheviot, Ekatahuna, Waipara.

PURSUANT to the discretion conferred upon him by subsection (2) of Section 9, Valuation of Land Act 1951, the Valuer-General intends to exercise the authority conferred by the foregoing Order in Council so far as it relates to Auckland City by revising only those properties on the district valuation roll which lie within the Arch Hill portion.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto as Maori reservations for the purpose of burial grounds for the common use and benefit of the people of New Zealand.
