HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the
Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of
the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Exempting Land in the South Auckland Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.

SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 1·1 perches, more or less,
being Allotment 362, Parish of Waipa and being all the land
in certificate of title, Volume 1B, folio 957 (South Auckland
Land Registry), subject to the reservations imposed by section
8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 26th day of August 1963.
