Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land,


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL those areas comprising 3 acres 1 rood 32 perches, more or less, being Allotments 210 (39 perches) and 246 (3 acres and 33 perches), situated in Aotea Parish, Block II, Tryphena Survey District, Great Barrier Island County. As shown on plan No. 15/14 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 25729 and 44079.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of August 1963.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 3rd day of September 1963

Present:

THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
