A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Linkwater Survey District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
3 1 0 Part Section 93, Pelorus Sound R.D.; coloured sepia on plan.
1 0 22 Part Section 101, Pelorus Sound R.D.; coloured orange on plan.
1 0 15 Part Section 101, Pelorus Sound R.D.; coloured blue on plan.
4 0 31 Part Section 2 of 111, Queen Charlotte Sound R.D.; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8374 (S.O.4605) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 acres 1 rood 29 perches situated in Block XVI, Okarito Survey District, Westland R.D., and being part Reserve 1017; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8344 (S.O. 5105) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that portion of road containing 2 acres 3 roods 6·1 perches situated in Blocks II and VI, Turanganui Survey District, Cook County, Gisborne R.D., and adjoining or passing through Awapuni 1A 1, 1A 2B, 1A 2C 2B, 1A 3, 1F 1, 1F 2, 1F 4E, 1F 4C, 1F 4B, 1F 4A, 1F 5, and part 1L Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8381 (S.O. 5279) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an Order dated 17 April 1961, to be road.
