NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Feilding Borough Council proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, to construct a sewerage treatment plant; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk of the said Council, situated at 80 Kimbolton Road, Feilding, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, must set out their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at his office aforesaid.

WANGANUI CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wanganui City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the establishment of a service lane running from Wicksteed Street in the City of Wanganui to the rear of the Government Life Insurance Company's building, erected upon lands situate at the corner of Victoria Avenue and Guyton Street in the City of Wanganui, and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given, that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Town Clerk situated at the City Council Chambers, St. Hill Street, Wanganui, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well founded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, City Council Chambers, St. Hill Street, Wanganui.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Piako County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute certain public works, namely, the taking of certain lands described in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto for road and for severance. And for the purpose of such public works, the lands described in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto are required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Piako County Council, Kenrick Street, Te Aroha, and are open to inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objection to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands must deliver their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Piako County Council, Council Chambers, Kenrick Street, Te Aroha.
