NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of
the specially defined area of Macandrew Bay and Company
Bay taken on the 3rd day of August 1963, on the proposal
of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of
£146,000, to be known as the Macandrew Bay and Company
Bay Water and Sewerage Loan 1963, for the purpose of pro-
viding water supply and sewerage in the said district resulted
as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 193
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 92
The number of informal votes was 4

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Change to Henderson District Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to section 28 (2) of The Town and Country
Planning Act 1953, public notice is hereby given that Change
No. 6 to the district scheme, under the Town and Country
Planning Act 1953, for the Henderson District was approved
by Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the
20th day of August 1963, all objections, appeals, and arbi-
trations in respect thereof having been disposed of.

The Council has also resolved that the said change shall
come into operation on the 31st day of August 1963.

Copies of the change, as approved, have been deposited in
the Council office and in the public library in the district and
may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires
at any time when these places are open to the public.
