Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Bradbury’s Waikanae Store Ltd. (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that the under-signed, the liquidator of Bradbury’s Waikanae Store Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 19th day of August 1963, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any claim they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Geo. C. Hunter and Sons Ltd. (in receivership and liquidation) a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton.
NOTICE is hereby given that by extraordinary resolution of members passed by entry in the minute book of Geo. C. Hunter and Sons Ltd., dated the 2nd day of August 1963, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily. And further take notice that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the boardroom in the offices of the New Zealand National Creditmen’s Association (Auckland Provincial) Ltd., on the corner of London and Barton Streets, Hamilton, on Thursday the 8th day of August 1963, at 10.30 a.m. at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act may appoint a committee of inspection.

“Resolved: 1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Mr Bryan Charles White, of Hamilton, public accountant, be appointed provisional liquidator of the company subject to confirmation or otherwise at the intended meeting of creditors of the company to be called by such provisional liquidator.”
