RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Dunrobin Water Supply Loan 1963, £5,500
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by
the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waitaki County
Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of five thousand five hundred pounds
(£5,500) authorised to be raised by the Waitaki County
Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of
providing a water supply for the Dunrobin Water Supply
District, the said Waitaki County Council hereby makes and
levies a special rate of 0·810 pence in the pound (£) upon
the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved value of all
rateable property in the special rating area comprising the
Dunrobin Water Supply District; and such special rate shall
be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such
loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September
during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty
(20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

Renewal Loans 1963
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Dunedin City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
renewal loans, detailed in the Schedule hereunder and which
are authorised to be raised by the Dunedin City Council
under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting
the difference between the amounts set aside on redemption
and the amounts of the original loans, the Dunedin City
Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·5315d. in the pound
(£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the
City of Dunedin, comprising the whole of the City of
Dunedin; and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loans and be payable
yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during
the currency of the loans, being a period of ten (10) years,
or until the loans are fully paid off."
