NOTICE is hereby given that the following extraordinary resolution has been passed by means of an entry in the company's minute book, pursuant to section 362 (1) (7) and (8).
"That, the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily."
And that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act, 1955, at the Council Chamber, of the Chamber of Commerce, 2 Courthouse Lane, Auckland, on 8 August 1963, at 10 a.m.

(1) Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's affairs and list of creditors, and the estimated amount of their claims.
(2) Nomination of liquidator.
(3) Appointment of committee of inspection if thought fit.
