Consenting to Stopping Road in Block III, Alexandra Survey District, Waipa County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 31st day of July 1963 Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waipa County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road situated in Block III, Alexandra Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through O 2 29 Part Allotment 6, Tuhikaramaea Parish. O 2 1 Part Allotment 6 Tuhikaramaea Parish, Lot 3, D.P. 14498 and Lot 4, D.P. 15291.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8141 (S.O. 41624) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 31st day of July 1963 Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 31st day of March 1958, and published in the Gazette on the 10th day of April 1958, at page 467, authorising Arthur Cargill Sutton, of Waitangi Station, Kurow, farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.
