A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 5 acres 1 rood 1·7 perches, situated in Blocks IX and XII, Tangihua Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Allotments N.E. 77 and M. 77, Mangapai Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8055 (S.O. 43989) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of July 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 28th day of April 1960, to be road.

Declaring Land in the Nelson Land District Vested in the Nelson Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Nelson Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SECTION 677, Whareama District, situated in Block VII, Rewa Survey District, Masterton County: Area, 213 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 21A, folio 5.
