Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 228, Subdivision A, Manchester District, situated in Block V, Oroua Survey District: Area, 2 roods 14'4 perches, more or less. Part certificates of title, Volume 9, folio 145; and Volume 9, folio 146. (S.O. Plan 25546.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of July 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area of Crown land containing 5,152 acres 1 rood 2 perches, more or less, formerly described as the Otumore Block, situated in Blocks III, V, VI, VIII, and IX, Umutoi Survey District, Pohangina County. As shown on plan No. 78/12 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (M.L. Plans 3683A and 3683B.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of July 1963.

Declaring Road in Block III, Waiwera Survey District to be Government Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 10th day of July 1963
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, shall on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods 30'3 perches situated in Block III, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Allotment 354 and Allotment 356, 362, 365, and 366, Parish of Waiwera; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7998 (S.O. 43697) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Geraldine County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 1 rood 27'5 perches situated in Block VIII, Orari Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and adjoining Rural Section 32355; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7761 (S.O. 10005) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
