Additional Land near Te Rapa Taken for the Purposes of the
Kaipara-Waikato Railway

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

Both situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District
City of Hamilton.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans
marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in
the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 16th day of July 1963.

District, Geraldine County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Orari Survey
District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 2 34·8 Part Reserve 1569; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 1·8 Part Reserve 2758; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 7761 (S.O. 10005) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 8th day of July 1963.

Stopping Government Road in Block III, Waiwera Survey
District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the
Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road
being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of Government road containing 3 roods 30·3
perches, situated in Block III, Waiwera Survey District,
Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Allot-
ment 354 and Allotments 356, 362, 365, and 366, Parish of
Waiwera; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 7998 (S.O. 43697) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of July 1963.

Revoking Part of a Declaration Taking Land for the Use,
Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XII, Pakiri
Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the declaration dated the 26th day of
April 1963, and published in Gazette, 9 May 1963, No. 27,
page 622, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland
as No. 19731 taking land for the use, convenience, or
enjoyment of a road in Block XII, Pakiri Survey District, in so
far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 27·8 perches, situated in
Block XII, Pakiri Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being
part Section 32; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked M.O.W. 7524 (S.O. 43683) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 8th day of July 1963.
