A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XI, Tengawai Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining
0 0 19·3} Section 1, Lambrook Settlement.
0 1 28·1}
0 1 22·6 Section 1, Albury Settlement.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7767 (S.O. 9781) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of July 1963.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XIV, Purua Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of July 1963

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to Section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

Extending the Time for Presenting the Report of a Commission Appointed to Inquire Into the Financing of Portion of the Lower Waikato and Waipa Rivers Control Scheme as Prepared by the Waikato Valley Authority

To all unto whom these presents shall come, and to:
FRANK FELIX REID, Esquire, of Christchurch, retired Stipendiary Magistrate;
EDGAR RAVENSWOOD McKILLOP, Esquire, C.M.G., O.B.E., M.INST.C.E., M.N.Z.I.E., of Wellington, Civil Engineer;
HUGH DRUMMOND LAMBIE, Esquire, O.B.E., of Auckland, Farmer.
GREETING:
WHEREAS pursuant to the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, and the Waikato Valley Authority Act 1956, you, the said Frank Felix Reid, Edgar Ravenswood McKillop, and Hugh Drummond Lambie were appointed on the 15th day of May 1963, to be a Commission to inquire into and report upon certain matters in connection with the financing of a portion of the Lower Waikato and Waipa Rivers Control Scheme as prepared by the Waikato Valley Authority:
And whereas you were required to report to me not later than the 31st day of July 1963;
And whereas it is expedient that the time for so reporting should be extended:
Now, therefore, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby extend until the 31st day of October 1963 the time within which you are so required to report:
And I hereby confirm the said Commission save as modified by these presents.
Given in Executive Council under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 17th day of July 1963.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access ways described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in Council vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Onehunga and be under the control and management of the Onehunga Borough Council.
