Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block VI, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 27·4 Part Allotment 60, Parish of Mahurangi; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 33 Part Allotment 61, Parish of Mahurangi; coloured yellow on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block VI, Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 17·5 Part Allotment 60, Parish of Mahurangi; coloured green on plan.
0 0 34·5 Part Allotment 61, Parish of Mahurangi; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7966 (S.O. 43269) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of July 1963.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of road containing 6 acres 1 rood 33·7 perches situated in Block III, Kaipara Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 36845, and Allotments W102, E102, and 101, Parish of Komokoriki; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7965 (S.O. 44027) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of July 1963.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. P.W. 7933 (S.O. 7100) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
